I would say a lot of people have had bad experiences with realtors, I have in the past. Tim went above and beyond, I started looking in Feb. I had a place under contract and my buyers for the old house fell thru, it was a nightmare. I ended up selling the old house in April, and I went 3 months before I found my house. We looked at numerous places, so many I lost count and after placing multiple offers on different houses, each fell thru. Tim’s optimism and enthusiasm kept me pushing forward. I not only found the house, but made a good friend in the process.

I have nothing but kudos for Tim in regards to selling my condo. This was not an easy sale and I was completely stressed due to the discovery of water damage and termites. Tim always kept me calm, helped me navigate through the process of fixing the issues, and had great suggestions as to what improvements would be cost effective and help in the sale. His ideas were spot on. I almost didn’t want to move after the transformation.
